Default Kaos ARF initial setup

Bought a used Kaos ARF in perfect shape last week and I want to get ready for some SPA competition next year. I've been researching airplane setup and would like some input on initial settings for trim. I'm using a Robart incidence meter to check everything. As stock, the wing had -1 degree incidence compared to the stabilizer, and the engine was at -2 degrees down and 1 degree right. I've already shimmed the wing to 0 degrees with the stab and the landing gear is set to give -1 at rest. I have also checked everything for straightness and had to break out the heat gun on both wing panels and both sides of the stabilizer to get everything right, but at least I know my measurements are good. Some threads I've seen say to go with a 0-0-0 setup while others say as much as +1 on the wing and -3 on the engine. Are any of you experienced Kaos fliers willing to share your proven setups?
