0-0-0 might work out to start, If Iremember right the -1 degree in the wing should be about where you would want it. wing -0.5 to -1.0, stab 0.

The engine thrust depends really on the power of what you put in it. I'd start with the down and right thrust it had. Or at least 1 down, 1 right. If going overpowered, you will need more right thrust.

In the end though, you wont know untill you fly her, and see what it does in the air through the tests..
