I just had a chat to the aussie distributer seems like a simple mix up here, not from kingtechs end
I found that the only the below settings need to be changed from factory to ensure a reasonably quick start with almost no visable flame on a flightworks pump and the k80f

Pump start ramp = 005 was 007
Starter power at fuel ramp = 120 was 140
Pump pw ignit .k = 020 was 30
