''Chinese'' and ''good'' don't go together. That plane is going to be hard on servos, so you'll be well served to get the best ones you can afford. If you're on a budget, the Hitec mini's at $18 (servo city) should do well in it.

I had exactly the same problems he is citing with the very Hitec's you are recommending... the Hitec minis have proven to be very problematic for me. As have been the HS-81's and the other Hitec Mini's...
Even the Tower Minis ( based upon Futaba's ) do a good job compared to the Hitecs... though the Tower torque values are not that high in practice.
Some of the HobbyKing/HobbyCity high torque ones exceed the performance and torque of standard high torque servos, so I've gone with them in applications that require Minis or where I want to save some weight.
There are wide variations in their available models though and that is what I find problematic. Some are good, some you couldn't give me.
I've had to resort to buying a couple and testing before I start using them on planes... ugh.
