So it nosed down hard when you hand launched it? There is probably a problem with your elevator servo or the linkage. Check to see if you have the factory recommended amount of travel in both directions. Option 2 is that something in your wing or stabilizer is broken, and option 3 is you're severely nose heavy, probably due to using too big a battery pack.
