RE: RCM plans service still open?

anybody order any plans from RCM lately???They cashed my check on 07/15/2011 for a set of plans it is now August 08 2011 and no plans tryed sending e-mails but only got two e-mails back telling me thay were sent out......still do not have them .....talked to my post master and he ask for some infomation from them i sent an e-mail asking for this info got no answer......is any one having the same problem ????
first time in 50 years of modeling i have had a problem......I think this is a Buyer Beware before ordering from them........BMC
