Sticks are good trainers and outstanding planes in the wind and to get wild with when you're ready, but you're over complicating things if you go with an Ultra Stick. The regular Ugly Stick has the same aerodynamics and will fly fine with only 4 servos. Buy what you want obviously, but understand that you're getting nothing in the Ultra Stick unless you want the flaps to play with.
