Hello V6goose, great build thread I just found it. I have this same plane built with a DLE-20. I have been flying the plane for 2 month now and I’m enjoying it very much. It came out tail heavy so I added a heavy spinner and about 4 oz of weight on the nose to get it to CG correctly. If I had known it was going to come out tail heavy I would of moved the engine forward on the fuse.

My biggest complaint is the short landing gear. I’m either going to make some new gear from 6061 aluminum or I’m thinking about buying the Krazy Legs from OMP. I might even call OMP and see if they sell replacement landing gear for their 67” Fusion and buy that and put it on this plane. OMP seems to be using a taller landing gear on their plane. Either way i need to get some taller gear. I fly at a grass field and the tips of the prop are green from the grass.
