First get rid of the cheap switches, and see if you got what you paid for.
I doubt the TGY has RCexl ignitions.
I can't speak for all of these engines but the one example I have viewed here in my city certainly does have the Rcexl ignition. After all, they probably had to put at least one reliable component on the engine though the carb looks to be the standard Chinese Walbro clone.
