Seems like it is running OK-starts easy, idles good. Doesn't seem to be much difference between 1/2 and full throttle. Would that be normal? In fact it runs better at 1/2 throttle. Again thanks for all you did.

That is exactly how my 20 cc ran (better at half than full throttle) until I finally cut the opening in the cowl to allow more air to get to the carb. The engine would run great on the ground, but once in the air, I had to cut throttle to about half in order to get it to run good.

I do not even know if your plane has a cowl, but I thought I would put this out just in case.
