What initiated this question is I too usually get about 100'ish feet w/ antenna down on most of my radios. However I have one Futaba 4 channel that starts to twitch at about 30'ish feet - noticably shorter than the others. I ended up flying it anyway and there were no issues, just wondering if I got lucky or if there's a potential issue. . . .
