If a screw is being secured into metal (e.g. a metal block or a metal nut that is NOT a locknut) then use a threadlock.

If a screw is screwed directly into plastic then use a cyanoacrylate glue (Jet or any other)

Why? Because threadlock eats plastic and will weaken it and will actually cause the screw to loosen quicker
