And .... you hope all the control surfaces and everything else stays attached to the plane during what will seem like hours waiting for the fuel to run out. Most lightweight 3D models are really not designed for extended periods at wide open throttle. Use a throttle servo of the same quality and speed as any other in the plane. Torque requirements are certainly far less.
