A good set of digital servos are the way to go in a small profile like you got. I have always like the Spektrum DS821's because they are cheap and reliable. I think I got my last set of 4 off eBay for $60 or so. I used them in my last profile and it is the only way to go. You need a good strong servo that centers well in a 3D ship so non-digitals are not really going to help much.

As for the prop I am not very familiar with the motor you have but I really liked the APC 12.25x3.75 for my 55AX.
