afjetmech - really sorry to see that. That hurts. Seems like the "just one more flight..."tends to be the stinger. On the upside, it looks like it's only the fuse that's damaged. You can cut out and reuse the tailfeathers, cowl, gear. Are your wings ok? Or fixable? When I've had a similar crash, to re-use the tail, on the new fuse I use a hack saw to cut out a small section just after of the elevator opening (like an episiotomy for a plane!). That way you can slide the horizontal stabilizer \ elevator combination in from the back (instead of sideways through the opening). Then, when you epoxy in the stabilizer also epoxy back the piece you cut out. Saves you from having to remove and re-attach the elevators to the stabilizer. You'll still have to dig the rudder out from the fuse, of course.
