Default RE: BUTCH'S BUILD LOG FOR DUMAS DEEP V60

Rich & Lee;

I just got my 24 cc. weed wacker engine back from a good friend of mine. He works for a local machine shop, and they did a heck of a job.
They put in a chromoly piston sleeve in the head, then polished the exhaust, and intake ports. So it would not throw off the timing, they reamed
out the head to 37cc, and it brought still close to same tolerances and cc.

They pulled the crank, and applied a ever coating to the surface, which should not wear out for some time.
Then I polished the inside of the carb, and enlarged the port to give a finer mist for the intake stroke, without giving to much fuel to flood engine.

To allow for a more wider range of spark to the plug, easier starting, and more HP. I installed a secondary electronic coil-less ignition, which is activated,
when WOT is acheived by the carb throttle.

WOT=Wide Open Throttle
