I have been using their batteries (HK) for over 4 years now. Never a problem. The first batch lasted 3 years, same as the one I purchased from Hobby-Lobby for 3 times the price. Second batch still running. Controllers and motors, all still running.
But this is completely irrelevant because it is not the same factory that will manufacture the turbine. Like it or not, it is a game changer, and mark my words, you will notice a drop in the price of other brands when these come out.
Silver lining? Of course, getting more people in the hobby is a good thing. More models sold, eventually the newcomers might progress past the HK turbine, and get other brands. Let's face it, it will help the hobby.

PS: Said that, they will have to do something about Customer Service, but all they need is a US firm to Rep for them:-)
Right, like jet joe, big game changer, really affected the other companies. There are many good hk experiences, but there are a ton of bad too. Bad turbines will be an issue to the hobby. I hope they are good engines but if they are like my personal hk experiences they'll be garbage
