Second-Hand- most if not all items used. Flight time could range from 1 flight to 1,000 flights. Condition anywhere from excellent/brand new to ''what the hell did I buy''
That definition sounds good to me.
Guns have this problem also. "Never Fired, except test fired at the factory".
