Well, look at it this way. Buying a turnkey Jet on the ramp waiting for a Maiden flight. Cost $5000.00.
After the Maiden flight , I told the guy it is now a Used Jet, He laughed and said, It survived and it is now 10K.
We became good friends and I still got it a the 5K price. But there is a lot of truth to what He said.
Go fly it a few times then see what you can sell it for. I dont know what it is but I would recon about $ 1900 - $2500 if someone wants it.
