A buddy of mine converted this NitroPlanes trainer to electric.

He runs it on 8 cell with a motor the size of a soda can and it hauls the mail when throttled up but is still capable of very slow flight and has really good slow speed manners.

Being a trainer helps with the handling too.

It does not have flaps but really doesn't need them.

For the price its a good value as a second plane.
