Though I didnt modify my LG , I did replace all wheels with 3" dubro's and after bending the motor shaft on a nose in , I also used a power 15 motor, but I continued to use factory ESC and 11x8 prop.It did just fine,no problems. iIf your using stock battery, get your self an E-flite battery [3s 11.1v 3200 mah 30c] better thrust and flight times ,and it cost less than direct replacement with the same as the original.
