I don't yet have a way to test static thrust. Someday. Of course we don't fly static airplanes..................
All ya need is one of those cheap digital fish scales to test static thrust (Wal-Mart, etc).
True, we don't fly static, but for any figures such as you posted to have value, some baseline is required for your info to have
something to compare your numbers against. Basic testing 101.
