Yes I will do the covering in the order you suggest.  I have been looking for a 4-40 pull-pull system.  The 2-56 system I have is nice but the control horn and swing bar supplied by Sig are too thick for the cleveses.  I hate to sand them down for fear of weakening them.  I don't like the lack of adjustment provided by the pull-pull  Sig supplied.
