And if your glue joint lets loose agine while you are in the air you well may loose your airplane.

I don,t use Futaba but I have seen this same problem twice with I beleve students 6EX. On one occassion it cause the loss of an airplane. On both occassions the only fix was to either return it to futaba or perhaps Radio South etc.

Never do makeshift repairs on gimbles or it will return to bite you in the butt and maybe lose an airplane you care a lot more for.

Send it in for a real fix and buy a back up radio if you want. I always have backups, it you don,t somewhere, sometime you will spend time wasting away the flying season.
