Default RE: Hangar 9 Sundowner 36 ARF

Hi Greg,
Another great review by you and photos by Papa Jeff. I just picked this plane up last week from my LHS already assembled by a customer and never flown. I have a few questions about his assembly though.
1- He built the plane with a E Flite power 46, which doesn't make sense to me when you look at the kv ratings at the suggested use of a Power 25 or 32. Plus the additional weight of the heavier motor and the need to run a 5s lipo.
I have a power 25 high kvand a 32 on hand, is there any advantage of running a bigger motor? I don't think it will give any speed advantage with the extra weight.

2- What was your approximate run time with the set up you used? How much reserve did you have with the e flite battery you used?

Thanks,
Gary aka lumpy 649
