I've been trying to contact you about the canopy for the kit i purchased from your website you sold me a year ago; I can not get any response, so I'm now attempting email. I've heard every excuse in the book but to date a year later I still have not received the canopy. Therefore, I'm going to post my unfavorable experience and the poor customer service with you and your company on the RC Universe and Flying Giants website. There is no excuse for taking over a year to make the canopy I paid for when I purchased the kit. I was told that it would only take one week. This is another attempt to contact you about the canopy I have been waiting for you to send me so I can complete the kit I purchased from your company!
As any model builder knows a kit is not complete WITHOUT all the parts!!!!!!
