Yes castor oil will mix and stay mixed with E85.

Yes I have tried a half methano half E85 blend. It worked and the plane flew. BUT the engine (ST .40) ran better on just methanol and castor oil. This is all I use now. Methanol and castor oil. Cheap and it works.
