Hey airbrushler excellent start with the T34
the plate looks strong enough are you getting any flex in the chassis?? you may get some but a lot is bad news?
the sprockets are quite a tight fit but should come off eventually give them a bit off a wiggle and they should free off pretty good

yes there still is some flex in the chassis but thats why when i made this insert i made it with side uprights so if i have toi willfind some small screws to mount those upright pieces after that i'm sure it wont move much or if i apoxy it but i made it so it's removeable i may make a few out of thicker aluminum at work if the boss lets me he can do them on the CNC router...hmmmm
