Warning> do not fly with evidence of flutter. It can instantly
destroy! With no warning.
Flutter is caused by improper balance, can be aerodynamic or
mechanical.
Rotor blade fluutter is very unusual and would suggest improper
structure more than anything else.
Blades are to weak,
