well I'm glad it worked out the second time. I sheeted my ailerons with 1/16 balsa since they had to be solartexed anyways. You are right about the gorilla glue, but once you figure it out you, is easy. Only need little, since it expands quite a lot.
To sheet the wings you only neet lots of pins on the L.E. to hold tight against the balsa. I use lots of magazines to keep the skins against the ribs while the glue sets.
