I just got done building my BEAUTIFUL Ace Simple Cub. Now, I didnt cover the firewall, I just left it plain wood. Now, I just noticed that some of the exhaust slime is absorbing into the wood. Will this slowly deteriorate the wood?? In the picture, the red area is the area in concern. Should I coat it in CA, epoxy, or just let it stay the way it is, bare Lite Ply. Thanx -Patrick
