If he treated it like an accident, then i would say let by-gones be by-gones and treat it as such. But since the guy acted like a total D#*& about the situation and tried to pull a hit-n-run on the model. He should be responsible for the damages. And just b/c the guy said "you shouldn't be parked there" doesn't mean that is the truth. If the guys parked their hadn't been told that they couldn't be their, their is no problem with them being their. And lets not forget the guy was basically flying behind the flight line..
