Default RE: Norvel conversion heads

<div style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt">Let me explain, guys, the diesel head issue. First of all we appreciate your support and loyalty to our products and we thank you for that. However you have to understand one thing &ndash; starting negative posts like this one and thus creating negative publicity are not productive and they will benefit no one. We as a company and you, the customers, and are in the same boat &ndash; if the boat sinks, nobody will win. We will lose the business and you will lose a supply of spare parts. We stand behind our products and if there is a problem (and problems always exists where there is a human factor), just give us a chance to make things right &ndash; we will work with you and we will either exchange the product or issue a full refund. The productive and exemplary approach was done by Devious Dave who emailed us the detailed issue with the diesel head and suggested the solution. His information was forwarded to the factory and thread relieves were promptly implemented on the diesel heads. So if you agree on the above, please remove your negative posts &ndash; you are just doing a disservice for everyone.</div><div style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt"></div><div style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt">As you know the factory is in Russia and the current production is mainly targeted for the Russian market. It takes a long time for shipments to reach the USA and it takes time to clear the customs. There were several diesel head orders placed before the corrected versions were shipped to me. I didn&rsquo;t want the customers to wait a long time and I tried to correct the issue myself. Unfortunately I don&rsquo;t have the right equipment in the US and my repair may not look professional. So do not blame the factory &ndash; they have nothing to do with it &ndash; it is all my fault. I tried to act in the best interest of the customers and I didn&rsquo;t want them to wait a long time. So if you are not happy with your diesel head just email me and I will send a replacement.</div><div style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt"></div><div style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt">I will also take a chance to say that we will offer a full diesel soon. The engine&rsquo;s size is 0.15. A glow 0.46 is also on the way. If interested, just email me. </div>
