Hi, I purchased a 91" J3 Cub from Nitroplanes and when it arrived the windshield was broken. this is the plane-

I contacted cust support immediately and they said that they would try to find a replacement for me. Nice gesture but its been over 6 weeks and I have not heard anything. I do appreciate the effort but does it always take this long to get a replacementpart? BTW i noticed that there are replacement windshields for purchase on the Nitroplanes site, is there a reason they cannot send one of these? -
