it is nice to hear that your company is standing behind their products. That is really nice to hear about it.
I have become a bit jaded over time with so many companies figuring out how to get out of honoring warranties or quality, etc, that I sort of have given up on many of them and I don't bother much with it anymore. If I can fix it myself, I usually do. I am sort of like the driver in the TV commercial where the driver thinks he is being car jacked at a full service gasoline station.
