Glen, the picture you have showing the original 314 being the Henschel type would be correct S.Pz.Abt503 may have been over strength and had a few tanks in reserve and once the original 314 was destroyed a spare tank was renumbered 314 Anneliese this was not un-common it is known that turrets from tank’s being changed for various reasons though you do have a reference to what the camo pattern would have looked like
