2 quick and easy things to try and solve your start problem. Make sure the glow plug coil is pulled out like page 18 of the manual. Also make sure no part of the plug element is touching the inside of the plug body. Change the gas percentage up or down 5 percent and try a start. Too much or not enough gas can also make your turbine very hard to start. Since you are cranking up the plug voltage so high I would tend to suspect you have too much gas. I have 2 K-80 turbines with just about 8 hours between them both are still on the plugs they came with. Never have had a failed start that wasn't something my fault.
