Well, here's my experience. The first "Jerry" was shipped to me with some of the holes uncut, and some of the wing-mounting hardware missing, but Hobby-Lobby were as good as their word, and replaced the whole kit (apart from the radio, motor, and electronic controller), and reimbursed the shipping costs.
The second kit had all the correct holes in the right places, and contained all the necessary mounting hardware.
Despite the great write-up (see Hobby-Lobby site) I had one or two problems with mine - for instance, getting the control-horn on the elevator took 3 attempts before it worked correctly - I almost rebuilt the elevator control surface (if you look closely at the pictures, you can just see the original attempts...) - it just didn't want to work as they suggested...
The plate and the screws securing the horizontal stabilizer was also one of my mods, as the original was far too flimsy, and had little strength.
The elevator servo was a very tight fit being slightly too thick for the size of the fin, so that the servo arm fouled the cover - I fixed this by adding a couple of spacer blocks inside the fin. If you look closely at the pictures of the tailplane, you might just see that it "bulges" slightly where the spacers are located... (P8132738 and P8132743 show this)
Everything else went together pretty well. I strengthened the firewall with some ply and glass-fibre. The motor and the prop are beautifully made, and went together very well. The electronic controller is well made, and is easy to connect up.
The aileron servos also went in pretty easily, although I used a modification mentioned in the "E-Zone" review.
I thought at the start, that the radio was overkill, but I've since learned to program it, and am using it for my other 3 gliders. I would say that if you already have a computer radio, you might be able to cut cost (I think I paid nearly $900 for mine - I was starting from scratch, so that included everything - glider, motor, prop, batteries, radio, servos, transmitter, plus all the other bits & pieces).

Can you believe I still haven't flown the damned thing yet - I've been really busy with other things - so I can't tell you how it flies!!!! - although acording to all the reports, it's really nice...
I have trimmed it and checked all the controls, and set up all the throws/deflections etc - all I need now is to take it to the field...
Hope this has been helpful -
Good Luck -
