Must be something wrong with your computer? I manage to get the pictures up there but have to agree that there is a problem in the I. T. area?

Here is a picture of a DLE 20 showing a good view of the top of the crankcase and the bottom of the cylinder. If you compare the two, you can see why the cylinder can not be rotated.
