We had a beautiful field leased from the city for $1.00 per year. President of the club is a woman, she got into ultra-lites and gave up on RC planes. She wouldn't organize to keep up the field. Members quit. We had to have a minimum of 4 members, we were down to 3 and the city grabbed the land back. Can't blame them/ We used to do all the ground maintenance. I really want to get another field but we have a problem getting new members. Sounds like all the places listed here are doing great.[&o]
