Having seen your "trailing edge of the Jet Community" landing skills...I'd say the min runway requirements for you would be something close to the Space Shuttle landing strip at Cape Canaveral.
But hey...maybe I'm just being picky. LOL!

To my worthy consistuents, I say 1000 ft x 75 ft with 100 ft undershoot/over-run at each end.
As for paying for it, no worries, we'll just raise the GST.
