I have 2 new batteries (3s 5000 mAh 45C) and a brand new balance charger that I am using for the first time. I charged the first set of batteries without issue. When I tried to charge the second set the charger stopped with a message "Balancer No Connect". I tried reseating the balance cable with the same result. I checked the pack with a meter that said it was at 11.43v.

Any suggestions?
