Hi rotor09.Its nice to know someone on this site that is not that far from me.Just to let you know, I took a GOODlook at the angle 300 and found the problem
The problem was that the gear set was worn out.The teeth on the gears were total filed down.So i will be buying a new gear set.I thank you for responding to my question
