Default RE: which motor?

The Tacon has a lower max wattage rating than the Exceed 32, but the rating is still far in excess of what that plane needs.

Both motors WILL work, but the Tacon will be more efficient as you'll be able to keep current draw in the sweet spot of the usage curve.

I would use the Tacon with a 3600-4000 4S Pack and a prop in the 12x6 range ... e.g. 11x6 - 12x7

I fly several heavier planes with the Monster Power .25 that has specs almost identical to the Tacon, using a 12x7 prop and the same size packs.

The planes hover just fine at 80-80% throttle and are quite fast in flight.

Use full throttle sparingly, as your plane will have PLENTY of power.

You should be seeing flight times in excess of 10 minutes easily.

I've clocked 16 minutes of mixed aerobatic flying on a 4000mAh pack with power for landings still available. I returned about 3300mA to the pack.
