RE: which motor?
I have an Advance, but went with the E-Flight 32 motor and 4 cell. I recently put a Tacon in a Butterfly, though, and I think for the money if I were to have the Advance to do over again I'd use the Tacon 32 you linked to.
You will likely find you have to have the battery pack all the way back hanging off the tray to get CG right, but it seems to be a neat little plane. Sheeting or covering the top of the cheeks makes it look more finished.
