Here is George's response to my question.

Hi Bill,

Yeah that was a working model engine Robart Had shown in their booth a
few years ago. They now have a production version available I think but
I believe the production version has nine cylinders. There are some
other companies that also sell radial four strokes... Saito, O.S.
technopower and Siedel. I think most start at around $1600.00 and
probably double for the 18 cylinder!
