RE: Dinner time
Tuna, halibut, sole, mackerel, king fish, wahoo, snapper, grouper, yellowtail, salmon, sand bass, calico bass, California Sheeps Head, ling cod, white sea bass, cod, haddock, pollock, red rock fish, bonito, monkfish....uhmmmm, I'm sure I'm missing a bunch, but that looks good so far.
There really isn't any selection of fresh water stuff available here due to the lack of natural fresh water sources where I am. I can probably get about one third of what I've listed here in Dubai. A lot of the other stuff I've listed would be things I can easily catch in San Diego, depending on the season.
I also love shell fish and other crustaceans, however, these tend to be high in cholesterol and is one of those things the doctor asked me to seriously cut back on...[&o]
