When I see food I eat.....Oh, oops!..that was SEAfood.....
Sushi, sushi, more sushi and sashimi...Love it. Shrimp are probably my favorite. Especialy BIG ones fresh off the boat. As far as I'm concerned the less done to seafood or freshwater fare the better. The natural unenhanced flavors seem best. With the exception of a bit of smoke, butter, lemon and perhaps some garlic. My favorite is fish straight from the lake or sea, gutted only and stuck on a stick over a fire. Peel off the scales with the skin and dig in!!!
