I've used a place in Orange, CA called "reprographics." There may be someplace similar in your area. These are typically small shops that do most of their work for professionals and they REALLY know their stuff. If you tell them to enlarge it 1%, they can do that and do it accurately! And they charge a fraction of what FedEx/Kinko's charges.
