Default RE: Dinner time

I've been lucky enough to have traveled quite a bit around this little pebble we call Earth. And cooking is a big passion of mine. I read cookbooks like novels. I must have over 200 of them in my collection.

I've also been lucky enough to work in my fair share of professional kitchens, so I've picked up quite a bit there as well.

We're heading to Italy over the Christmas / New Year period. I already have a list of places to visit from people I know who know where to go there. Only the local places for the 'real' Italian food. No tourist traps [&:].

Probably going to have to pick a few more books up while there.

Don't quite know what to make of you...Tex-mex, Thai, Veitnamese, good ol' American burgers. Quite the range there; And it all looks so good!!!

Just a salad and some chicken beasts for us tonight. Pan seared in butter, olive oil and a bit of black pepper and sage.
